Spirit Warrior Interview – Tim Brister

spirit-warror.jpg.jpeg

Welcome to the latest post in the Spirit Warrior Series in which I am featuring Spirit Warriors I know. These are men who have made the transition from very ‘normal’ careers, some quite masculine in their nature, to a more spiritual calling. Many men are making this shift from the physical to the meta-physical, and they have allowed me to share their stories with you, in the hopes it will inspire and uplift you, especially if you are thinking of doing the same thing.

The Spirit Warrior I would like to introduce you to is Tim Brister, he is a life coach and the author of With Love.

MG: Tim, can you tell everyone what it was you used to do?

Spirit Warrior:  For thirty years I worked in Financial Services.  In a number of banks, insurance companies and a European stock exchange.  Organisations that were largely male dominated, testosterone overloaded and taking themselves far too seriously.

DSC01572MG: What is it you currently do?

Spirit Warrior:  I am a transformational life coach and a published author.

MG: What inspired the shift?

Spirit Warrior:  Over time, I felt less and less at home in Financial Services, but I didn’t really understand what that really meant.  Meditation unlocked something inside of me which released the flow of love and heartfelt wisdom that led to the creation of my first book.

MG: Were there financial implications? What was it like to go from a regular paycheck to being self-employed?

Spirit Warrior:  Most of my corporate life was as an independent consultant so being self-employed was not new to me but there was a substantial difference between consulting fees and the income I received from coaching and my book.  Over the past years, we’ve been working on a number of other income sources which means that the impact is not so severe.

MG: Did you get support from your friends and family?

Spirit Warrior:  My family’s support continues to be unwavering, for which I’m grateful beyond measure.  My friends are in two camps; firstly, the group that understand what I’m doing and secondly, those that don’t get it at all.  None of my friends are negative, however the group that understand what I’m doing are more supportive than those that don’t get it.

MG: Have you ever been judged, criticised or ridiculed for your decision to transition from the physical to meta-physical?

Spirit Warrior:  Not yet.  Probably because I tend to share less with those that don’t get it, or those that I expect won’t get it.

MG: Have you ever considered returning to your old career?

Spirit Warrior:  I do still provide consulting services in Financial Services but only when I feel that I have something to offer, because that’s when I’m really effective and I really enjoy consulting.  Consulting is no longer on a “need to” basis but on a “choose to” basis.

MG: What gets you through the tough moments?

Spirit Warrior:  Time to meditate and/or exercise to enable me to re-connect with my heart which is the truth of who we all are.

MG: Do you have any advice for other Spirit Warriors who are making the same transition, or are thinking of doing so?

Spirit Warrior:  When the time feels right for you, the transition will begin, you probably won’t notice the transition beginning but you’ll notice after a few days/weeks/months that you’re in a different spiritual place.

MG: Can you share you favourite spiritual practice with us?

Spirit Warrior:  Meditation.  The transformational effect of daily meditation has, for me, been life changing.

MG: Are you more in tune with your inner self? With your intuition?

Spirit Warrior:  Yes.  It’s like night and day, if I look back even as short a time as 3 years, I am so much more intuitive and trusting of myself now.  What’s more it feels like every moment that increases further.

IMG_1885MG: Do you express your feelings and emotions more easily?

Spirit Warrior:  I do.  I find I’m much more open both physically and emotionally, and I feel comfortable sharing me.

MG: What has been the best and worst parts of making this shift?

Spirit Warrior:  The best and worst parts are the same.  There is no going back, which is fabulous because I know that even if there are challenges along the way, these challenges are on the way, they are not sending me back.  However, there have been occasions over the past 15 years when I’ve wondered what it would be like to not know what I have come to know, because life might be easier that way, but I know that there’s no going back!

MG: If you could go back in time and change the past, would you choose to do it all over again?

Spirit Warrior:  Absolutely.

MG: Is there anything else you would like to share?

Spirit Warrior:  Thank you for the opportunity to share my experiences and transition.  To all the readers, I wish you a healthy life, filled with love, a life that you feel is an authentic reflection of you and your heart’s wisdom.

MG: Thank you so much for sharing your story with me, and with my readers!

Don’t Wait for Perfection – Start Now!

I know it can be an enticing idea, to wait for the perfect moment, to wait until you have the right experience, or money, or connections before starting something. After all, you want whatever you do to be perfect, right?

The problem is, it may never be the right moment. So just start. Wherever you are, with whatever resources you have, get started. And then be prepared to grow, evolve and change as you go along. I guarantee that you will look back at the early days and you will wonder what possessed you to do things the way you did, but chances are, if you hadn’t, then you would never have evolved to the place you currently are.

I used to use the example of my bears when I told students not to worry about being perfect in the beginning, and now I can use the example of my book covers. If I had waited until I could have the beautiful cover I have had created for the 5 Year Anniversary Edition, then it might never have happened at all. I started where I was, with the resources I had, and I took the plunge. It’s been five years of learning, growing, evolving and getting better and better at my crafts of writing and publishing.

Of course, if you have the resources to make your creation breath-taking from the outset, then please do that! If you have people willing to help you, who have the knowledge and skills, then please take them up on their help. Do everything in your power to make it the best it can possibly be from the beginning.

Here are the covers of The Earth Angel Training Academy, from first edition to fifth. Each cover has a place in my heart, for it shows my own evolution over the last five years too.

13052464_10153374775122163_255106978_o

Don’t wait another year, another five years, another ten years before beginning. And whatever you do, DO NOT wait until you retire! Write that book now. Paint that art now. Write songs now. Learn an instrument now. Whatever your soul is calling, begging you to do, do it now.

I promise you won’t regret it.

Spirit Warrior – Robert Tremblay

Welcome to the latest post in the Spirit Warrior Series in which I am featuring Spirit Warriors I know. These are men who have made the transition from very ‘normal’ careers, some quite masculine in their nature, to a more spiritual calling. Many men are making this shift from the physical to the meta-physical, and they have allowed me to share their stories with you, in the hopes it will inspire and uplift you, especially if you are thinking of doing the same thing.

The Spirit Warrior I would like to introduce you to is Robert Tremblay. I have only recently connected with Robert, he is an amazing soul full of light.

MG: Robert, can you tell everyone what it was you used to do?

Spirit Warrior: Prior to my illness and awakening I spent 20 years teaching management practices in the sales and finance industry. I became an accredited national speaker with high energy and a huge ego to deliver motivating ways to lead and succeed. Prior to that I was in the military and then Police work.

MG: What is it you currently do?

twenty secondsSpirit Warrior: I am since September 2015 a published Author. I continue my passionate speaking about my experience and survival around the world.

MG: What inspired the shift?

Spirit Warrior: On February 27, 2011 I died in a hospital bed in Vermont, after suddenly being diagnosed as terminal.  I had a near death experience that changed everything about me at exactly the right time, like many others.

MG: Were there financial implications? What was it like to go from a regular paycheck to being self-employed?

Spirit Warrior: It was the most freeing experience for me to finally see that the thing I had chased all of my life was a block to finding my own riches deep inside my soul.

MG: Did you get support from your friends and family?

Spirit Warrior: During my long ordeal with illness, yes. Although some completely disappeared during that time, they had difficulty dealing with my impending death.  After my awakening, many took positions on my new persona and to this day, most still stay further away than they did prior to my NDE.

MG: Have you ever been judged, criticised or ridiculed for your decision to transition from the physical to meta-physical?

Spirit Warrior: Oh yes…although I might question the “decision”” aspect of the question… Although most don’t verbalize the judgement directly to me…their absence and lack of engagement in regards to my true purpose remain clear.

MG: Have you ever considered returning to your old career?

Spirit Warrior: Ironically, I tried three separate times to return…each time I made it 3 months before I found myself sick again.

MG: What gets you through the tough moments?

Spirit Warrior: Keeping busy with new experiences helps me through the tough spots…whether it be physical or emotional in nature.

robertMG: Can you share you favourite spiritual practice with us?

Spirit Warrior: Everyday since my awakening I rarely miss a sunrise or sunset…this is my meditation.  At sunrise when the first light of the day hits my face I just simply say thank you… It is in these moments that I think of everything I am grateful for.

MG: Are you more in tune with your inner self? With your intuition?

Spirit Warrior: I have spent many years resisting my intuition.  I don’t anymore… Now I find nearly every answer I need comes at exactly the right time, manner and sequence.

MG: Do you express your feelings and emotions more easily?

Spirit Warrior:  Certainly much different now, yes.  It flows so freely that I find it would be impossible not to.

MG: What has been the best and worst parts of making this shift?

Spirit Warrior: The worst part was the feeling of being alone at first…not understanding that there are others going through the same thing – it was a great gift to find a community. The best part is the childlike ways I experience nearly every minute. Seeing things like it is the first time and feeling it all.

MG: If you could go back in time and change the past, would you choose to do it all over again?

Spirit Warrior: I would not change anything about the past or what brought me there.  It shaped and polished me…finding this love for myself was the very trigger of my healing.

MG: Is there anything else you would like to share?

Spirit Warrior: Finally finding the correlation between positive thinking and healing and seeing it in action was a ‘holy cow’ moment where I found that positive thinking isn’t a sports logo. It is a universal law of nature.  The great epiphanies I experience every day on topics I never knew interested me prior, has been liberating.  When I realized that being present and mindful of the moment and the gratitude that goes with it was the best discovery I have ever found. In moments like these I connect to a universal stream of energy and knowledge I hadn’t even considered prior. It is in this “place” that all the answers lie. Answers to questions I didn’t even know I had.

MG: Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful insights with me, and with my readers.

Spirit Warrior: It was such a pleasure…thank you for continuing to share your beautiful soul with this world.

Letter to my Soul

Do you think it was effortless in the beginning? Do you think I found it easy? Do you think it all worked out perfectly? Of course not. But I had faith that everything would begin to harmonise, and that it would work out perfectly in the end.

Dear Soul,

Why do I keep choosing struggle over ease?

Love, Michelle.x

Dear Michelle,

Because you are human. And you have been for a very long time. Struggle is encoded into your very DNA.

But DNA can be changed. Can be re-coded. It all comes down to changing you thoughts, your beliefs of struggle. The struggling, starving artist, in your eyes, creates better art, do they not? You have said on many occasions that you do not create when you are happy – you create when you are hurting, when you are sad, when you are miserable.

It is in these moments that you can express your darkest feelings and pains – and in expressing these you connect with others who are also in that space. But that doesn’t mean that you have to always be in that space. Or if you do need to sit in the darkness at times – it needn’t be for long periods of time.

Time to yourself is so important. Cut off, switch off, be still, be with yourself. It is good for you. You used to sit on the beach and watch the waves, with no thought of needing to do something else, or be anywhere else. You would just be there.

Do not resist the struggle. Experience it, express it through your words, share your thoughts with others. You have no idea how many people have found comfort in your pain, because it is their pain also.

Write from your heart. Write from me, your soul. Write whatever the hell you want. Do not censor yourself. Do not hide.

If you are thinking it, chances are, thousands of other souls are thinking it too.

Just say it. Say it well.

Love the struggle, it’s your friend.

Love, your other friend,

Soul.x

I wrote this letter a while ago, not long after I wrote my first letter to my soul. I just found it in a notebook and felt the need to share it. Why not have a go at writing to your soul? You may be surprised by the reply. xx

Embracing Uncertainty

I’m nosy.

There. I said it. I’m really nosy! I hate being out of a loop or kept in the dark, I hate not knowing what’s going on an what’s going to happen next. Very much like the main character in The Earth Angel Training Academy – Velvet. She spends most of the book wondering what the hell is going on and getting annoyed when others seem to know what the bigger picture is and she doesn’t. Come to think of it, I’m quite like Aria the Faerie too. She’s always eavesdropping and spying on other people’s conversations. Hmm.

Because of my need to know everything, I have had many, many readings, from mediums and psychics and intuitive friends, all in my quest to know what’s going to happen. Most of the time, those readings bring comfort because they just reassure me that no matter what is going on in the present moment, it’s all going to turn out just fine. Which, let’s be honest, that’s the main reason why anyone has a reading – to be told – it’s all good!

The problem I have been experiencing, is that there have been predictions made in these readings that I don’t like. I’ve been told that things will happen, that quite honestly, I don’t want to happen. (not because they’re bad, but because they’re not things I would choose to experience). And so I set on a quest to choose the opposite. After all, we have free will, right?

But no matter how hard I was choosing, in further readings, the same predictions came up over and over, and it seemed like everything was conspiring to make this path happen.

So I gave in. I said – fine, if this is what is mean to be, then I’ll do it.

I thought that by giving in and going with the flow, the rest of my life would fall into place and start working. But it didn’t. In fact, I found I was even more stuck, because unconsciously I was stopping doing things that might take me down that path I didn’t want to go down.

So I made a new choice – I don’t want that life. It is not my choice. And even if the path I am choosing is a little more rocky, so be it.

All of this, of course, made me realise that sometimes, knowing what our future holds can be a big problem. Because we get attached or repelled by what we’re told is to come. And it affects our decisions, and our ability to remain in the present moment.

Yesterday I was reading excerpts of The Earth Angel Training Academy, and I found this quote, from the Rainbow Children, when they are asked to predict someone’s future. Despite my nosiness, and the fact that I know so many mediums and psychics that I have great respect for, I think it’s time that I let go of all the predictions, let go of my need for certainty, and embrace the wild ride of life on a moment to moment basis.

12969205_10153352399862163_1729480619_n (1)

Of course, the ironic thing is, that once we let go of the predictions and live in the moment, we tend to end up creating the future we wanted anyway.

Don’t you just love how the Universe works?

PS. I still recommend having a reading if you are looking to connect with someone you’ve lost, or you need reassurance that you’re on the right path, but no matter what comes up, do your best not to get too attached to it.

Spirit Warrior – Adrian Incledon-Webber

spirit-warror.jpg.jpeg

Welcome to the first post in the Spirit Warrior Series in which I am featuring Spirit Warriors I know.

The Spirit Warrior I would like to introduce you to is Adrian. I have known Adrian for three years now, and he was already following his spiritual path when we met.

MG: Adrian, can you tell everyone what it was you used to do?

Spirit Warrior: I owned and ran a busy Estate Agency practice in South West Surrey

MG: What is it you currently do?

3d-heal-your-home-angle-2Spirit Warrior: Good question. I am many things, I am the author of ‘Heal Your Home’, I am a Geomancer (Earth Healer), a film-maker of a documentary called ‘Intuition’ and a House Healer.  There are many things in between including dowser, lecturer on many spiritual subjects, and I teach courses on how people can heal their own homes as well as modern healing methods, nature spirits, looking at Sacred Spaces and Holy Sites… never a dull moment!

MG: What inspired the shift from the physical to the meta-physical?

Spirit Warrior: It started with a visit to a medium, as my company was facing difficulties towards the end of 1988 when the double tax relief on mortgages ended. To say that my business partner and I were naïve at that time would have been an understatement – the bank was not being helpful and the pressure was on us both to find a way of keeping the business going. A friend suggested visiting a medium to see if she could help with advice from spirit. I hadn’t got a clue what I was letting myself in for as I was very business driven in those days, and ‘spirituality’ was not a word in my vocabulary. However, the visit did start me looking at my life in a very different way and in fact it did help the business in the long run, as it gave me the confidence to carry on. We very quickly changed accountants and bank then things started to fall into place. We grew the company from there to five offices. It wasn’t always plain sailing but we made it. If the business hadn’t gone through those problems I certainly would not have visited the medium, and the seed perhaps would not have been sown.

MG: Were there financial implications of the shift? What was it like to go from a regular pay cheque to being self-employed?

Spirit Warrior: I have been self-employed most of my adult life as I am probably unemployable! Pay cheques have never been guaranteed, as the business did go through some major recessions, a real roller-coaster ride at times. Money was either flowing well or the tap was suddenly turned off and we had to make hard cuts. I do feel more of a master of my own destiny now, less vulnerable to the vagaries of the country and the meddling of the politicians!

MG: Did you get support from your friends and family?

Spirit Warrior: In short, no. In fact, the change from a very commercial life to a spiritual one saw most of the people who I would have called friends disappear, almost overnight. Few could understand how or why I made the change.

MG: Were you judged, criticised or ridiculed for your decision to transition from the physical to meta-physical?

Spirit Warrior: Oh yes, and to a certain point I still am by certain people. My partner at the time enjoyed a good lifestyle, we had a big house with 3 acres of land, two nice cars etc., she could never understand how I could leave all that behind for a more simple, spiritual and truthful lifestyle. I guess if the boot was on the other foot I may well have felt the same. I remember a time when I was laying on the floor practising my Reiki hand positions – one hand was over my heart and the other over my third eye, when she came into my study, took one look and said something like ‘That’s disgusting.’ then turned around and slammed the door. I promise that I was fully clothed at the time! Looking back, I can see how she felt, life was changing and she was obviously fearful for the future.

Many family members thought that I was having a nervous breakdown, but to me I was totally convinced that I was making the right choice, a spiritual life was calling and nothing was going to hold me back.

MG: Have you ever considered returning to your old career?

Spirit Warrior: I miss the people I worked with, the office banter was always very lively. We all had an excellent working relationship in my office in Godalming, they were very special people and I still see them when I go down south. Otherwise I would say no.

MG: What gets you through the tough moments?

Spirit Warrior: My belief in me. I hope that it doesn’t sound egotistical, but I love who I am, faults and all and also that I have overcome many obstacles in life that might have broken other people, both physically and mentally. I have an inner knowing that whatever happens, I am protected by some amazing beings and that the tough moments in my life have purely been lessons that I need to overcome to enable me to empathise with and help others.

MG: Do you have any advice for other Spirit Warriors who are making the same transition, or are thinking of doing so?

adrianSpirit Warrior: I would say that leading a ‘spiritual life’ is probably one of the hardest things that you will ever do, but don’t let that put you off as there are so many rewards. One of the most difficult things to go through is actually trying to find out who you are. Once over that hurdle there will be many more lessons ahead. But there is no time like the present, as the 21st century energies are helping many people make the transition. Once you make the shift you will rarely look back.

MG: Can you share your favourite spiritual practice with us?

Spirit Warrior: I call it my ‘spiritual clocking-in’ time, when sit quietly in my study and connect to spirit. I leave the physical world behind me and tune in to the higher powers before I start my healing work. I connect with the Highest of the High, Mother Earth, our Life Giving Sun and Heavenly Moon, bringing their healing powers together within me to then send out to those in need.

MG: Are you more in tune with your inner self? With your intuition?

Spirit Warrior: Absolutely, you cannot fail to do so when carrying out any form of healing work or connecting to spirit. When I started working with spirit I hoped for an external voice telling me what I should be doing, this did not happen for quite some time, but now does. I get a great deal of guidance from ‘them upstairs’, but they made me work for it. There are some wonderfully gifted people who were born mediums for instance, and although I was a sensitive lad I feel that I have lived my life the other way around. I have worked through the many hardships that we call life, using this experience and combining it with a deep sense of spirituality that enables me to help others.

MG: Do you express your feelings and emotions more easily?

Spirit Warrior: Yes, but you do have to be careful. As you become more spiritual you undoubtedly become more sensitive, this can bring its own problems. You do need to protect yourself from other people’s feeling and emotions otherwise it can become overwhelming.

MG: What has been the best and worst parts of making this shift?

Spirit Warrior: The best part is how quickly you begin to appreciate life on Earth, the flora and fauna. The worst is realising how so many people are happy to take from others, but never give anything back.

MG: If you could go back in time and change the past, would you choose to do it all over again?

Spirit Warrior: Yes, everything. It makes us unique as human beings, 100% individual and that is so special.

MG: Is there anything else you would like to share?

Spirit Warrior: Even though I live a very spiritual life I enjoy the physical side (other people would call it the real world) too, real ale is a passion, as is riding my motorbike. Both worlds can exist side by side, leading a spiritual life is not all about abstinence or hardships, life is for living and having fun. Very much about having fun!

MG: Thank you so much for sharing your story with me, and with my readers!

Reconnecting with the Goddess

This week, I headed to Glastonbury with my mum, for a few days of much-needed chill out time. We stayed in a gorgeous cottage, the Glastonbury Rose (which I would highly recommend) which fit our needs perfectly. On the first afternoon, we enjoyed the sunshine and visited some of the many funky shops, taking in the beautiful clothes and crystals, then we got some tasty gluten-free and veggie ready meals (it’s funny how ready meals are now such a novelty and a treat!) and we relaxed and watched a movie.

On the Tuesday, with me dressed in my best faerie gear, we headed for the indoor market where I planned to have a reading with a psychic called Mitch Garlington. A friend of a friend had also had a reading with Mitch back in January, and I had appeared in that reading. So I figured I should get one for myself.

The amount of information that Mitch packed into our 20 minutes was quite incredible, and everything I have been told recently was confirmed, as well as my current path. My nan came through with something that I haven’t ever told anyone before. It was an incredible reading, and one of the points he made was that I had a Goddess Spirit Guide who was waiting to work with me, but I had not been letting her through.

Doing our best not to get blown over!

So on our final day, when it was blowing a gale, my mum and I headed for the Tor. My intention was to allow the wind to literally blow away everything I needed to release and let go of, in order to connect with my Spirit Guide, and reconnect with the Goddess within myself. We set off up the hill, and the combination of the steep steps and the wind made it a very slow process. As we expressed out loud all we wanted to release, however, I found my steps getting lighter and lighter, until I found it easy to scale the hill, almost dancing along! Then we turned the corner and the winds hit us full force, and we had to hold onto each other in order to remain upright.

The Gateway to the Goddess

We made it finally to the Tor, where we sheltered from the relentless winds, and in walking through the doorway of the Tor, I intended that I was walking through the gateway to connect with the Goddess.

Once we had caught our breath and become calm again, we set off back down the hill, again holding each other for extra stability, then once we were low enough, the winds died down around us, and we made the rest of the journey with ease.

We made it!

We then visited the Chalice Wells and I found a pendant that perfectly captured the essence of what had just transpired.

The Amethyst Goddess

Afterwards, we felt windswept, yet exhilarated. Getting to the top was such a struggle at times that the view was so much sweeter, and the way home so much easier. The whole journey reminded me of what we go through when we are following our path to accomplish our missions.

At first, the path seems steep, arduous and slow. Then as we let go of everything that holds us back. our step becomes lighter, and we find things flow much more easily. Once we have reached a certain place, we find then that things are thrown at us relentlessly, but in order to reach our desires, we must push ahead, and gather those who believe in us to help and support us. Finally, we reach the top, our desired destination, and we relax and rest, and enjoy the view. Our journey home then, is easy and straightforward, though we do still need the love and support of our friends and family. When we reach the end, which is the same place as the beginning, we realise that we are capable of doing anything that we set our minds to. And that no matter how difficult we perceive things to be, and no matter whether the conditions are right or not, if we wish to do it, then we must persevere.

The next journey after that would hopefully be easier, in that we have the faith in ourselves that we can see things through, that we can get to where we wish to go.

So wherever you are in your journey, I hope that you take away from this post the fact that you can do anything you set your mind to, all you need to do is go for it.

Be Your Own Valentine

It’s that time of year again where everything is covered in hearts, there’s overpriced boxes of chocolates crammed in the aisles and bright red and pink cards that announce our love for our significant other.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Valentine’s Day, it’s good to have an excuse to buy flowers and silly gifts for a partner and to eat too much chocolate. But on this particular Valentine’s Day, whether you have a partner or not, I encourage you to become your own Valentine.

You don’t have to spend a fortune, buying yourself lavish gifts, (though you can if you want to!) but I would like to encourage you to really take some time to love and appreciate yourself. Tell your body how much you love it, and how thankful you are for it. Write a list of all the amazing qualities you have. Write down everything you do that makes you beautiful or unique. Promise yourself that you will not speak badly of yourself in any way, to anyone – not even to yourself.

Twin Flame Reality Quote

Write down your wildest dreams, and give yourself permission to begin pursuing them. That project that’s been at the bottom of your to-do list? Put it at the top and go for it!

If you have a partner, then encourage them to do these things too. Perhaps you could even do it together, and help to point out each other’s best parts!

When we truly love and honour ourselves, when we speak kind and loving words to and about ourselves, that is when we are really able to deeply love and cherish others. And that is also when others are able to really love and cherish us. If we are always putting ourselves down in order to solicit compliments from others, then we are missing out on the much greater joy of loving ourselves so much that we don’t need others to confirm it, though if they want to of their own accord, we will happily accept their words!

We are constantly fed the message through the media that we are not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, rich enough etc., and it’s time that we strengthened our belief in ourselves and our love for ourselves and stood proudly and declared:

I am beautiful. I am intelligent. I am abundant. I am awesome.

And I love myself.

You are all those things and so much more. And I am sending you an abundance of love and virtual chocolates!

Happy Valentine’s Day, Gorgeous!

Listening to the Signs

I’m working hard on getting the next class finished and available in the online Earth Angel Training Academy, and whilst in the middle of writing, my phone decides to call my friend for me. She didn’t answer, but taking this as a sign that maybe I should talk to her, I dialled her landline, and when she checked her mobile, the call was missed at 11:11am. (Which wasn’t the actual time, her phone is ten minutes fast!) Seeing repeated numbers is often a sign from the Angels, so we chatted for a bit, and during our short conversation, she inspired a wonderful idea for the online classes, a new dimension to the information that I hadn’t considered before.

It made me wonder about all the little nudges, feelings, whispers that I probably ignore on a daily basis. I have decided to be more aware and notice things more. Not that I want to spend every moment analysing everything, but just that if you are open to synchronicities and signs, then things are likely to flow better, and great ideas are likely to show up. I do believe that these nudges are coming from our Angels, and this quote from I’m Here pretty much sums it up.

I'm Here

I’m excited to expand the Academy, and am really pleased with all the sign-ups so far! You can still get a free download of The Earth Angel Training Academy and a discount code for the first class at the Academy, simply by expressing your interest in joining to Academy here.

I’m holding the first live hangout of the students on Sunday the 7th February at 8pm, and at 4pm the same day, I am holding a Q & A hangout for anyone who is considering joining, but has questions they’d like answered first!

Better get back to work, here’s a little snapshot of my desk today. Loving my salt lamp from Peace of Stone!

My Top 10 Favourite Spiritual Books

I was recently asked to list my top ten favourite books for someone who was looking to create a Christmas list for herself. She knew I’d read a few (ahem) books over the years, and wanted to know what I would recommend. I listed 15 for her, and realised that others might be interested in some book recommendations too, but for my blog, I have grouped the books into different categories. These ten books are general spiritual books for all aspects of life; I will post book lists specific to creativity and health soon.

I haven’t included any links, I’m not making any money from these recommendations, and I’m pretty sure you can get them all on Amazon.

I’ve written a little story to go with each book, so you might want to grab a cuppa and get comfy! Continue reading
