The Twin Flame Reality is Now Available!

You can now get The Twin Flame Reality in paperback and on Kindle! I was so busy finishing writing book 8 for Nanowrimo (and yes, I hit 50k words by midnight on the 30th Nov!) that I didn’t get a chance to tell you book 7 was released!

Though it deals with the less rosy reality of a Twin Flame union, I think the new book will resonate with many Earth Angels out there who have separated from their Twin Flame, and who have had to say goodbye, even sometimes before they’ve even had a chance to have a relationship.

I hope that it will help those who may be in a dark place, and also restore faith in the fact that it is possible to thrive without your Flame, and that we are all here for very important missions, and that the Twin Flame union is just a part of it – not all of it.

Let It Go!

I know you just started singing the song from Frozen…. hehe

But honestly, it’s time to let go. Of the old stories, of the past, of the pain, of the grief, of everything that is stopping you from shining and loving and enjoying your life! I have discovered recently, much to my utter embarrassment, that I am a total Drama Llama! I love the drama! I love the stories! The dramatic, tragic, terrible stories are the best for retelling over and over! And I have so many! (yes there is an overuse of exclamation marks already, it’s the Drama Llama in me, sorry)

Let go.

It’s my main message to myself and to my friends right now. Let of having to control everything. Of having to be perfect, of having to do everything right, of having to please everyone. Of being a Drama Llama!

Let go.

We are choosing to hold on, to repeat old patterns, to remain stuck.

Let go.

Time to create new patterns, new neural pathways (yup getting fancy now) new habits and a new way of life.

This is a short post, because really, there’s only so many times you can repeat ‘Let go’ before it gets annoying. So I will leave you with this quote photo, the quote is from my upcoming book, the 7th one in the Earth Angel Series, which is due out this winter!

Be Your Own Valentine

It’s that time of year again where everything is covered in hearts, there’s overpriced boxes of chocolates crammed in the aisles and bright red and pink cards that announce our love for our significant other.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Valentine’s Day, it’s good to have an excuse to buy flowers and silly gifts for a partner and to eat too much chocolate. But on this particular Valentine’s Day, whether you have a partner or not, I encourage you to become your own Valentine.

You don’t have to spend a fortune, buying yourself lavish gifts, (though you can if you want to!) but I would like to encourage you to really take some time to love and appreciate yourself. Tell your body how much you love it, and how thankful you are for it. Write a list of all the amazing qualities you have. Write down everything you do that makes you beautiful or unique. Promise yourself that you will not speak badly of yourself in any way, to anyone – not even to yourself.

Write down your wildest dreams, and give yourself permission to begin pursuing them. That project that’s been at the bottom of your to-do list? Put it at the top and go for it!

If you have a partner, then encourage them to do these things too. Perhaps you could even do it together, and help to point out each other’s best parts!

When we truly love and honour ourselves, when we speak kind and loving words to and about ourselves, that is when we are really able to deeply love and cherish others. And that is also when others are able to really love and cherish us. If we are always putting ourselves down in order to solicit compliments from others, then we are missing out on the much greater joy of loving ourselves so much that we don’t need others to confirm it, though if they want to of their own accord, we will happily accept their words!

We are constantly fed the message through the media that we are not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, rich enough etc., and it’s time that we strengthened our belief in ourselves and our love for ourselves and stood proudly and declared:

I am beautiful. I am intelligent. I am abundant. I am awesome.

And I love myself.

You are all those things and so much more. And I am sending you an abundance of love and virtual chocolates!

Writing and Publishing Update

I want to share with you a decision I have made in the last few days, which I know won’t make me very popular, but hopefully you will understand…

For the last 5 years that I have been publishing and writing my books, I have published an average of 2 books a year, and I have been putting my calling to write and publish above everything else. Above my health, my finances, and my relationships. In September, my body decided enough was enough and made me focus on it, made me help it to heal, and amazing synchronicities happened in the following couple of months to help me with that, and I feel as though I have more energy now than I ever remember having in my life!

Over the last five years, I have worked in quite a few different jobs, I have worked on publishing books for others, and I’ve published ten of my own novels – but I haven’t spent much time marketing those books that I have brought into the world. I feel it’s time to press the pause button on writing any more of my own books, and to focus on the precious gifts I have written already. Because by doing so, I will also improve my relationships, as I will then have the time to see my friends and family, and have more fun! Continue reading →
