To complement my Spirit Warrior series on men shifting from the physical to the meta-physical, this Goddess Warrior series will focus on women who are living their spiritual message and journey, who are speaking their truth and are fully in their feminine power, while they make a difference with their words and actions.

The Goddess Warrior I would love to introduce you to is Sarah Rebecca Vine. She is known as the ‘healer that heals the healers’, the founder of the Earth Angel Sanctuary, and has dedicated her life to Awakening Earth Angels and raising her two beautiful children.

MG: Sarah, can you tell us a little about what you do?
Goddess Warrior: I run a worldwide membership site called the Earth Angel Sanctuary where I get to speak with members live and facilitate some amazing clearings and healings! Plus I film videos for the Sanctuary and YouTube, do all the editing of them and both my websites, chat with many amazing souls all over the world, run a home, bring up my two darlings Angel and Evan, love my partner, hang out with my awesome mastermind group and generally send out lots of love to the world!

MG: When did your spiritual awakening/journey begin?
Goddess Warrior: My earliest memory was my spiritual awakening. I was 3 or 4, lying in my bed and looked and my hands, I suddenly had absolute clarity I was a soul back in a body! I was so excited I got out of bed to tell my mum who told me to go back to bed. I said ‘Mum, you don’t understand, I’m back! I’m alive!’ and of course she didn’t  understand, and so sent me back to bed again… I realise now I closed that part down consciously to fit in. We choose our parents and I am blessed with mine, as although I closed that part down, I was very much cocooned and protected growing up.
This knowing reawakened within me when I was a teenager and it’s been a journey since then.

MG: What do you feel is your mission/purpose/calling in this life?
Goddess Warrior: When I think about this and close my eyes, I see our beautiful planet in front of me, and I just want to wrap my arms around it and send so much love to mother earth and every soul here. I have always felt my mission is global and to just love. Through my own spiritual growth, I have discovered so much about myself that I know it is. I have been called the healer of the healers, and the angel of destiny, Starlight in your books 😉
My calling has always been to reach as many earth angels and awaken them, the same as yours Michelle, just in a different way, we are soul sisters after all. I have profound healing gifts which still amaze me the depth I can help facilitate deep clearing for others and I am blessed that I can do this inspirit through my sanctuary, I created as a way to be there for others 24/7. This just grows and grows and I am so blessed to be able to do what I love.

sarah rebecca vineMG: Have you always know that was your mission/purpose/calling? Or did you discover it at some point?
Goddess Warrior: I have grown into it! I would never have started if I realised how much I would have to go through to get here or where I was headed.. Well, actually yes I still would have done it all… I couldn’t not. I feel the calling so deep, the responsibility I feel as to why I am here and it brings me so much joy and fulfilment being able to continue to step into who I am here to be and make such wonderful ripples with those whose lives I have touched in some way… through my emails, videos and websites. I am still growing into it and have so much I want to share with the world that I am meant to. We all have unique gifts and although it scares the s**t out of me a lot, I feel the fear and do it anyway, in little steps.

MG: What does it mean to you to be in your divine feminine power?
Goddess Warrior: For me it is flow…. And going with the ebb and flow of life. I embrace my divine feminine as I do my divine masculine. If I feel tired, I rest. If I feel inspired, I take creative inspired action. I am easy on myself and it feels very much that it is to get into love for me.

MG: What helps you get through the tough moments in life?
Goddess Warrior: I have a very different perspective on all things to start. And I do many things. I often find myself saying even to my children, this too shall pass. I surrender to it, look for the blessing, or wisdom to know what that is, write down how I feel to acknowledge it and let it go, speak with a few of my closest friends who are amazing at what they do to shift me.

heal you first (4)MG: What has been the best part of your spiritual journey? What has been the hardest part?
Goddess Warrior: There are so many best parts!! But to narrow it down, right now, reflecting is the best part. I have a huge smile on my face. I feel so much love and am so proud of myself for just keeping going, of having all the amazing revelations, downloads and just totally crazy spiritual things on the way. Plus meeting and having so many amazing friends who are soul sisters and brothers, goddesses, Jedi’s, wise souls & angels! Feeling totally present and reflective right now, I feel so much gratitude as I feel fulfilled. I know there is more yet I am enjoying the now.
The hardest part… it has been hard. I went from good money in my job to no car, massive debt, not a clue what I was doing and no one who got me. Massive fear and overwhelm all to often. The heaviness I felt and powerlessness at times. I have wanted to exit the planet and go home many times.

MG: What is your favourite spiritual practice?
Goddess Warrior: I do lots and change them all the time to how I feel. My favourite thing to do though is to sit or lie with the sun on my face, close my eyes, feels its warmth and love and just go into a state of bliss.

MG: How do you juggle everything and still make time for yourself?
Goddess Warrior: It’s certainly a juggle sometimes! What I do is schedule time in with highly awakened friends I want to spend time with or give myself the day off if I want. I’m lucky in how I work so that I can do that. Plus lots of moments to just ground and connect. I’m very easy-going and laid back about things most of the time, although I also get incredibly excited a lot! I give myself permission to take time out and only do what I feel inspired to do.

MG: Are your friends and family supportive of your spiritual journey?
Goddess Warrior: They just accept me now as none of them have changed my mind! I have a habit of not listening, plus they all love me and I think I inspire them. It was tough at first, everyone thought I was crazy when I handed in my notice and got myself into lots of debt to follow this mad dream… I think they thought I would give it up eventually and go back and get a normal job. But I’m not here to be that. My partner has been amazing. He is getting it now a bit more what I do but didn’t at all in the past. Falling pregnant when I did was a godsend as he wasn’t on at me to get a normal job and this allowed me to continue what I was doing slowly as he was the breadwinner. There have been some people leave my life and many, many amazing new ones joining me who totally support me, as I them.

Sarah Rebecca Vine 1MG: What advice would you give to women who are embarking on their spiritual journey?
Goddess Warrior: You can do it, there are many here who are your soul family and intend to connect with them, Support is invaluable and being with those who are a few steps further in the journey is beautiful to have. Plus it is a journey and be gentle on yourself. Love and nurture yourself each step of the way. The spiritual journey for me is the return to love within myself. I have so much love for others, as many earth angels do, and it always starts with us.

MG: Is there anything else you would like to share?
Goddess Warrior: Just to thank you, Velvet, for all that you are and all that you do my beautiful friend and sister.
And to send everyone who reads these words a big wave of love! Stop and take a deep breath in and just allow yourself to receive that. You are loved.

MG: Thank you so much, soul sister, for sharing your story with me, and with my readers!

Spending Time with Starlight

Velvet & Starlight

I’ve just spent the last few days with my soul sister, Sarah Rebecca Vine, founder of the Earth Angel Sanctuary, and I have to say, it was amazing. Though it was the first time for us meeting in real life in this incarnation, we felt as though we’d known each other forever, which considering we realised that she is Starlight (in the Earth Angel series) and Velvet is based on myself, then it’s true, we have known each other forever!

On Thursday, we recorded the Twin Flame hangout, and we have had so much wonderful feedback, that we’re really glad we were able to do it. A lot of intuitive knowledge came through during it, and I think it will help those seeking their Flames, or who are currently separated from their Flames.

Sarah also recorded a review of the Earth Angel series, and if you have loved the Earth Angel books and want to win a signed copy of the latest one, then there’s still time to enter the video competition with a simple video review of one or all of the books.

If you are an Earth Angel and you need help and guidance, then I would highly recommend checking out Sarah’s channel on YouTube which has so many helpful videos, and also becoming a member of the Earth Angel Sanctuary, where she has so many useful videos and also interviews and other products. Her mission is to help as many Earth Angels as possible with their missions, and I feel very blessed to have spent time with her, and connecting with her.

Goodbye 2014! Hello 2015!

Happy New Year Everyone!

2014 was a weird year, both a long and a short one, a happy and a sad one. Just thought I would write a summary of the year, in order to acknowledge and release the old, to make way for the new that 2015 will bring. It’s a long post, so grab a cuppa!

I started the year with an amazing Harry Potter themed birthday party. I had mixed feelings about turning 30. Part of me was more than ready to say goodbye to my twenties, and another part of me was listing all of the things I had hoped to have done by this time but hadn’t. In truth, as I near my 31st birthday, I don’t really feel all that different, and when I tell people my age, it feels merely like a random number, than something that has any significance.

Also in January, I began my ‘Ask an Angel’ Oracle readings on my YouTube channel, inviting people to ask Aria, Amethyst or Velvet a question which I would then answer with their oracle cards. In 2014, I recorded twenty readings, and half of those were questions about Twin Flames, which is what inspired me to write more on the subject, as you can see from the many posts now on my blog.

My most popular blog post in January was my views on how to deal with criticism, after becoming the subject of derision in someone else’s blog.

In February, I embarked on the Man Brain Box Experiment, and though I only did it for a week, it did remind me that in fact, having a single focus make you far more productive than if you are to multi-task. I think it’s increasingly difficult, in this age of the internet and social media, to retain a single focus on anything, with so many demands for our attention (she says, surrounded by her phone, iPad and open tabs on her laptop) it can be difficult to shut out all the distractions and get on with something, and put everything you have into it. But I do think it’s worth it.

In March, I finally finished writing I’m Here, which I had started and stopped writing two Novembers previously and seemed to be stuck on. I was so happy to finally finish it, and when coming up with cover ideas, I had the inspiration to change the covers of three of my previous books, and bring them together into a collection. With the help of my awesome sister, I then set to work on getting the new covers of the Visionary Collection sorted out, and I released the whole collection, including the new book, in May. The paperbacks were delayed by technical issues, but finally came out by August.

In March I also had a few realisations on my plans, and on whose advice to listen to, and when to take it with a pinch of salt. I also discovered the wondrous joy of Scapple and had a go at using the Chronodex to organise my life.

In April I celebrated the 5 year anniversary of the birth of the first few words of the The Earth Angel Training Academy, and reviewed the journey with the book so far. I took part in the Wellness Symposium in Cirencester, I was nominated for the Versatile Blogger Award, and I revealed the new covers for the Visionary Collection for the first time.

In May I embarked on the I’m Here Book Tour, to celebrate the release of the new book, by giving away little cards all around the world, that contained a QR code allowing you to download a free PDF copy of the book. I had so much fun with this idea, and was really pleased with how it went. You can see the map of where the book was downloaded, and the link will remain active, so if you haven’t yet read I’m Here and would like to, please click here to download your free copy! If you have read it, and you enjoyed it, please do leave me a review on Amazon, I’d really appreciate it.

The tour continued with gusto throughout June, and in that month I teamed up with Sarah Vine, founder of the Earth Angel Sanctuary, to offer her members a free copy of The Earth Angel Training Academy, and I also wrote a letter to all Twin Flames, after seeing so many beautiful souls searching for answers on the subject.

In July, I attended the Healing Weekend, and had an amazing time, I recorded the first chapter of The Elphite as an audiobook, I recorded a video of some crazy deer in the garden, which went viral on YouTube (over 26k hits now!), I did a talk and sold books at the MBS Psychic Fayre in Newport, and I relaxed and went with the flow when things seemed to be going very wrong.

In August, the paperback editions of the Visionary Collection became available on Amazon, I was interviewed by Sarah Vine, and I embarked on a new adventure to the vibrant city of Brighton. I began to write more about Twin Flames, and at the very end of August, I started writing my latest book, The Twin Flame Reunion. I met one of my fans, Chip Jenkins, who is now one of my closest friends.

September was my quietest blogging month of 2014, due to my full time job, doing 50 hour weeks left me with little energy to write. I blogged about listening to your own intuition, and then at the end of the month, about knowing your own worth and not settling for less. The highlight of the month came in the form of a beautiful letter from a man who had decided that his life was worth living after reading The Earth Angel Training Academy.

In October, I took part in the Writer’s Blog Tour, I finished writing The Twin Flame Reunion and I started offering guidance sessions to fellow Earth Angels.

In November I released the cover for the Reunion, I blogged about the idea of changing our own fate, I started writing the next book in the Earth Angel series – The Twin Flame Retreat – and completed it in two weeks, and I released the Visionary Collection Kindle Boxset.

Okay, one month left!

In December, I celebrated winning Nanowrimo, even though I didn’t join in until the 16th November, I released the Earth Angel Series Boxset on Kindle, I started my Adventure with Astrid, and I decided to spend my Christmas in London, taking part in the Basket Brigade and volunteering for Crisis for Christmas. I also packed up and left Brighton, and am currently figuring out my next move.

So to sum up – a pretty busy year, lots of changes, challenges, high and low points, and I feel like 2015 will be the year where everything comes together and begins to make more sense. Or at least, that’s the hope!

I can see now that I achieved quite a few things, and I feel that in 2014 I created some very important connections that will make 2015 far more spectacular.

Happy New Year!

Interview with an Earth Angel

I was recently interviewed by the beautiful Sarah Vine, founder of the Earth Angel Sanctuary. Sarah and I met through an acquaintance on Facebook, and from our very first (three-hour) conversation, we have become very good friends. I have no doubt that we attended the Earth Angel Training Academy together! Sarah read the Earth Angel series, and fell in love with the books. I am a proud member of the Earth Angel Sanctuary, a wonderful site online where you can watch very useful videos and interviews to help you with your Earthly missions. As an extra bonus for being a member, you can also download a free copy of The Earth Angel Training Academy.

To watch the interview, just click on the video below. I will soon be interviewing Sarah, to find out more about how she started the Sanctuary and her mission here on Earth.

Earth Angel Sanctuary

I recently connected with a beautiful Earth Angel called Sarah Vine, who is an old soul like me. After watching some of her videos on youtube, I realised that we had a lot in common. Not only that, but she had created the Earth Angel Sanctuary, a safe space for Earth Angels to get guidance and information online. The Sanctuary reminded me very much of the Earth Angel Training Academy that I wrote about in my books, and so when we connected, I sent Sarah copies of the Earth Angel books, to see what she thought.

Sarah read all three books in just four days (she had to stop for a day in the middle to get some work done 🙂 ) and she loved them. Her review on Amazon of the Earth Angel Training Academy describes her excitement –

“I absolutely LOVED this book, and the following two, the Earth Angel Awakening and The Other Side.
As someone who is passionate myself about awakening earth angels, I recognised myself in this book very easily! I loved all the characters, imagery and storyline, massive well done to the amazing author Michelle Gordon for writing these for us all, they are written extremely well and are very easy reading, which makes it even more easy to take in unconsciously….
I highly recommend these books as they will awaken any reader who is an earth angel themselves. I could not put this book down until it was finished and could not wait to read the other two!
I would love to see these as films to awaken on a mass scale :)”

After some long Skype conversations, Sarah and I have decided to collaborate on some future projects, some of which I will be talking about soon. She will also be interviewing me for the Sanctuary (there are interviews of Earth Angels on there), which should be great fun.

If you are an Earth Angel and you sometimes feel like you need a little help, or there are things you would love to be able to do, but don’t know how, I would definitely recommend joining the Earth Angel Sanctuary. The monthly membership price will be going up on the 1st July, so it’s worth signing up now, so that you can get all the benefits for less. Sarah adds videos on a regular basis, and they really are very useful.

Here is a video of Sarah explaining what an Earth Angel is.
