Camp NaNoWriMo, Title Reveal & Instagram!
On the 31st July 2015, I hit 50k words, and won Camp NaNoWriMo! It’s been a very busy month of travelling and working, so I was very pleased to hit my target, despite being so far behind on my wordcount earlier that week. The story wasn’t quite finished at that point, so I continued writing and I finished it at the 54k word mark just yesterday.
As a winner of Camp NaNo, I received my certificate, and by posting it here, I am revealing the title of the new book, which came to me during a mediation on the last day of Camp.
I had hoped to stay away from using yet another word beginning with ‘re’ for the title, but this word is perfect to describe the theme of this book. As usual, when I began writing it, I had no idea what was going to happen, so the original title I chose just didn’t quite fit when I finished writing.
The editing will begin soon, and I will publish it by October, though if possible, I will publish it sooner. I also want to start writing my next book, I have so many books flying around in my head, impatiently waiting for me to write them!
Yesterday, encouraged by my editor and awesome Angel friend Liz, I started using Instagram. I had tried to use it a while back and just didn’t get how to work it! But I think it makes more sense to me now, and I have posted a few pictures on there so far, I plan to post more on a regular basis. Please do check out my profile and follow me! Announcement! New book title unveiled!
I know that I haven’t yet published the latest book in the Earth Angel series – The Twin Flame Reunion, but I’m excited to announce the title of the next one in the series, that will be published in the new year. It will be called:
The Twin Flame Retreat.
I have written twenty thousand words of the book so far. It has a slightly different structure to The Twin Flame Reunion, and it follows different characters, so you get a different perspective on the story. I haven’t got a cover design yet, but I will post it here as soon as I do! I have created this quote photo using a quote from the brand new book, I hope you like it! First Video in Brighton!
Since moving, I have not posted any oracle card readings, I do apologise for that. I did record a couple with an amazing Australian guy I met, but it was quite windy on the beach, and unfortunately, the sound wasn’t very good. If I find a way to fix the videos, I will post them at some point.
So last night, I recorded an oracle reading at my friends house, to answer a question that was sent to me by a lovely Earth Angel called Rosa. I was joined by the beautiful Mishy, you can watch the reading by clicking below:

Twin Flames Series
A little update for those who follow my blog, but don’t follow my Facebook or Twitter threads – The Twin Flame Reunion, my latest book, will be available to pre-order on Kindle from the 1st November, well that’s the plan anyway!
As for my other plans, well, this book has thrown a bit of a curve-ball. My original intention for this book, is that it would fill in the 20 year gap that was left at the end of The Earth Angel Awakening (hopefully that’s not too much of a spoiler for anyone who has yet to read it!) and so, I started writing, and 40,000 words later, I realised I had covered just a few months out of that twenty year time span. Ah.
So, it appears that this will not just be a single book, but three. Why three, you might wonder, why not two? I say three because that’s the number I keep getting. Of course, as we all know, things might change once the writing begins. So, for all the Earth Angel series fans, this of course is excellent news – two extra books you weren’t expecting! It was just a bit of a surprise to me, and now I’ll have to work out what to call the other two…
But I am still going ahead with my original plan to get this book published before Christmas, which will be quite a mission, because I have a few other plans up my sleeve at the moment, which could make life very interesting in the next few months!

Because I’m in a teasing mood, I have decided to post a tiny excerpt here from the new book, which I hope to finish writing this week!
They had waited until all who wanted to return had left, and then had chosen whose lives and bodies they wanted to walk into. They hoped that their choice would ensure they would meet again once they got to Earth.
“What if we don’t find each other?”Aria whispered, as she stared into the white mists.
“Don’t be silly, of course we will,” Linen responded, his hand tightening around hers. “I will make sure of it.” They turned to each other and kissed for a long time, until Gold had to clear his throat to snap them out of it.
Aria looked over her shoulder and smiled at him. “Sorry! See you again soon.”
Gold smiled, but his right eye twitched as he replied. “I look forward to it.”
Without any further hesitation, Linen and Aria flew into the mists, not letting go of each other’s hands until the last moment.

Why Twin Flames are Reuniting
For those who follow my blog, you will know that I very recently separated from my Twin Flame. I didn’t blog during our last couple of weeks together, because to be honest – I just didn’t know what to say. What can you say when you are in the process of leaving your Flame, your best friend, the person you love and trust most in the whole world?
Why do Twin Flames Separate?
A couple of people have asked why we separated. And it’s a fair question. Those who know us know just how close we are, how in tune we are with each other, how we can sense each other’s feelings instantly, and how we cannot be in the same room and not have physical contact. Even those who don’t know us personally may have got an understanding of our relationship from my novels, as our connection features in them, illustrating the depth of feeling for one another, and the devastation of the loss of each other.
We didn’t break up for any of the normal reasons. No one cheated, no one stopped loving, no one was abusive, no one lied or did anything wrong. And despite the fact that the relationship is over, and I now live several hours away, we still very much love each other and miss each other like crazy.
We have Strong Personal Missions
The truth is, we each have very strong personal missions. We each came to this earth to accomplish certain things, and even though having this incredible Twin Flame relationship has helped us both to grow and evolve and get started on our missions – in order to continue our missions, we must be apart. My mission is to write books that help Earth Angels to Awaken to their true purpose, and to then help others to Awaken. If I want to get my books out to a wider audience, then staying in the woods, in the beautiful sanctuary, is not the way to do it. I must go out into the world and get my books into people’s hands. I need to attend events, interact, and connect with others.
I felt compelled to listen to Rickie Byars Beckwith’s album – Let my Soul Surrender, on my journey to Brighton, and this song in particular summed it up perfectly:
The Connection can be Distracting
I realise that we could have chosen to have a temporary break, as our break up last year ended up being only for six months, but I feel that if we just continued our relationship long-distance, we would be too distracted by each other to fully concentrate on our missions. Not that we have cut off contact, we do check in with each other, and have been helping each other through this time of adjusting to being on our own, but as time passes, I imagine we will adjust and contact will lessen.
It’s Still Painful
Those who have met and perhaps also separated from their Flames will understand that it is still incredibly painful. No matter how many times we have parted in the past, it doesn’t get any easier. I have been too busy throwing myself into this new adventure that is Brighton to really allow it all to properly sink in, and I have no doubt that when I start to write my next book (which I am starting this weekend) that it will begin to really settle upon me that I will no longer be his, and that he will no longer be mine, and that from here onwards, we must move forwards in different directions.
Flames Reunite to Reignite Passion
I don’t know if it’s the same for other Flames, as all situations and people are unique, but I do think that Flames are reunited for the purpose of reigniting passion into our lives, for setting us on course to achieve what we decided to achieve before we got here, and then often we must then separate from our Flames to then accomplish all that we wish to. And like the infinity symbol, we will spend time apart, but then we will come into each other’s lives again.
Future Reunions are Possible
I have no idea if our paths will cross again in the future, but I would like to think that they will. Perhaps once we have completed our missions we will be able to reunite once more. Or perhaps we have had our time together in this life, and will not reunite again until we are both on the other side. For now, I am just trusting that the universe has very good reasons for nudging us to make this decision to be apart.
Twin Flames are Always Connected
One thing I do know for certain, is that no matter where we are, who we’re with, or what we are doing – we will always be connected, and we will always be Twin Flames, and we will always love and want the best for each other. And I am so very, very grateful for that.
Dear Twin Flames,
I am writing this letter to you. You know who you are. You are the beautiful soul who is in pain right now. You are the wonderful being who is on this planet to make a difference. But in this moment, everything is clouded with the overwhelming and devastating feeling of loss.
Because you have found the one. The one who loves you unconditionally. The one who makes you feel alive. The one who fits perfectly. The one who makes you feel as though you have finally come home.
The one who has left you.
I know you are searching for answers. On the internet, in books, in movies. I know that you are looking for the secret, for the magic spell that will make it all right again. That will bring your Flame back to you, where they belong. And I know you have yet to find it. And that is because there is no secret. There is no magic spell. There is only the truth.
If you wish for a future with your Flame, you must let them go. You must cut the cords. You must say good-bye. And you must move on.
Focus all of your energy on yourself. On your mission, on your health, on your well-being. Focus on joy and laughter, and friendship and the beauty that surrounds you. It is only then, that you might find yourselves back on a path toward each other.
I am guessing that at this moment in time, you are shaking your head and thinking – “This woman has no clue! How could I possibly do any of that, when I feel like this? When I am in this pit of despair? She has obviously never been where I am.”
But I have, dear Flames. I have been there not just once, but several times. And the first time, well, I didn’t think I would survive it. It was so very dark in that pit, no light found its way to me. None at all. And I wished that someone could have told me what I am telling you now.
You will get through it. I know you will. You are much, much stronger than you realise. And though being with your Flame in this lifetime is indeed part of your journey, it is not the entire journey. There are many other reasons why you are here right now. And those reasons are very much worth living for. If you find that you move on, and you do not reunite with your Flame, do not fall into fear or despair, instead, remember what Dr Seuss said – “Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened.” Last year, I bought a little sign that bore that quote. The reason I loved it, and it made me more joyful, is because I realised, finally, that even though I was not with my Flame at that time, I had been with him. I had experienced his love, I had felt the depth of our connection, I had been completely at home in his arms, and even if I never experienced those things again, I knew I was lucky. Because there are so many souls who have never and might never experience that. I was so grateful to have had those moments with my Flame, and though the darkness without him was overwhelming, I wouldn’t have traded in my moments with him for a lifetime without having ever met him.
And I know you wouldn’t either.
I hope this letter shines a little light in your direction, and that it begins the healing of your heart. It will be whole again one day, I promise. I am sending you so much love and the brightest light to you, my dear Flames, and I am asking the Angels to envelop you in their wings while you heal and nurture yourself. Please, if you are in need of a friend, reach out, send me a message. I do not think I have all the answers, but I can provide an ear and a shoulder.

Looking for your Twin Flame?
Then be sure to have plenty of aloe vera for when you get burned.
A Twin Flame relationship is like no other union on earth. When in the presence of your Flame you are your true self, you are complete and whole and most of all you are home. Many Earth Angels have a strong longing for their home, whether it’s the Angelic Realm or another planet, but when they are with their Twin Flame, that feeling of not belonging on earth, of being different, or alien on this planet, disappears. And they have found where they belong.
But as harmonious and beautiful and breathtaking as a Twin Flame union is, within the beauty and joy is a darkness. As with everything, there is a duality. It is not all fireworks and fun, and often, when you hold onto your Flame too tightly, like a firework held tightly in your fist, you will get burned. Flames must be free to dance and move around, free to be their own unique selves, while coming together at times too.
Why am I saying this? Mainly it’s because of a song lyric in a popular song that I really like at the moment – Bonfire Heart by James Blunt. The lyric in particular is the following:
Everybody wants a flame, but they don’t want to get burnt.

But unfortunately, in my experience, that’s just not possible. Because though Twin Flames love each other unconditionally, we are humans, in physical bodies, on a physical plane, and it is not always possible to live purely in the metaphysical realm of pure, unconditional love. We have emotions, we have baggage from past relationships, maybe even from past lives when we were together and then lost each other. We have beliefs and ideas we have been brought up with. We are human now, even if we weren’t previously. And we are here to experience everything. The good, the bad, the painful and the joyful.
The difference between the bad times in a Twin Flame relationship and the bad times in any other relationship, is that no matter what, Flames loves each other and want the best for each other, and would never intentionally harm one another. Disagreements and arguments are more likely to be about human baggage, and if both Flames are aware enough, can be discussed and resolved without needing to resort to separation.
I was asked today how it is possible to be with your Flame, and know it for certain, but have your Flame be completely oblivious to the fact. I personally think it comes down to fear. There is an amazing description in a book called ‘Only Love is Real’ by Brian Weiss. The book is about soulmates, Flames, who find each other through different lifetimes. Weiss is a very well-known hypnotist and has written several books on past lives. The first couple of pages of the book was the most poignant to me, and you can read it on the look inside feature on Amazon. I would recommend buying the book and reading the whole thing though, as it demonstrates just how incredible it is that we are able to find our Flames in this age.
As much as the burns can be painful, please do not let the fear of the stinging pain put you off of finding your Flame, or from being reunited, if you already know them. Burns do heal, and the faint scars left behind are just reminders that you were brave enough to allow yourself to be vulnerable, and to love wholly and absolutely. I know that no matter how many scars I may have, I will always be thankful for every moment spent in the arms of my Flame.
