When will I meet my Twin Flame?

It’s been a while since I did an oracle reading, partly because I’ve been so busy, but mainly because I haven’t had any questions sent in for a while. So if you would like to ask Amethyst, Aria or Velvet a question, please do email it to me – theamethystangel@hotmail.co.uk.

Looking for your Twin Flame?

Then be sure to have plenty of aloe vera for when you get burned.

A Twin Flame relationship is like no other union on earth. When in the presence of your Flame you are your true self, you are complete and whole and most of all you are home. Many Earth Angels have a strong longing for their home, whether it’s the Angelic Realm or another planet, but when they are with their Twin Flame, that feeling of not belonging on earth, of being different, or alien on this planet, disappears. And they have found where they belong.

But as harmonious and beautiful and breathtaking as a Twin Flame union is, within the beauty and joy is a darkness. As with everything, there is a duality. It is not all fireworks and fun, and often, when you hold onto your Flame too tightly, like a firework held tightly in your fist, you will get burned. Flames must be free to dance and move around, free to be their own unique selves, while coming together at times too.

Why am I saying this? Mainly it’s because of a song lyric in a popular song that I really like at the moment – Bonfire Heart by James Blunt. The lyric in particular is the following:

Everybody wants a flame, but they don’t want to get burnt.

But unfortunately, in my experience, that’s just not possible. Because though Twin Flames love each other unconditionally, we are humans, in physical bodies, on a physical plane, and it is not always possible to live purely in the metaphysical realm of pure, unconditional love. We have emotions, we have baggage from past relationships, maybe even from past lives when we were together and then lost each other. We have beliefs and ideas we have been brought up with. We are human now, even if we weren’t previously. And we are here to experience everything. The good, the bad, the painful and the joyful.

The difference between the bad times in a Twin Flame relationship and the bad times in any other relationship, is that no matter what, Flames loves each other and want the best for each other, and would never intentionally harm one another. Disagreements and arguments are more likely to be about human baggage, and if both Flames are aware enough, can be discussed and resolved without needing to resort to separation.

I was asked today how it is possible to be with your Flame, and know it for certain, but have your Flame be completely oblivious to the fact. I personally think it comes down to fear. There is an amazing description in a book called ‘Only Love is Real’ by Brian Weiss. The book is about soulmates, Flames, who find each other through different lifetimes. Weiss is a very well-known hypnotist and has written several books on past lives. The first couple of pages of the book was the most poignant to me, and you can read it on the look inside feature on Amazon. I would recommend buying the book and reading the whole thing though, as it demonstrates just how incredible it is that we are able to find our Flames in this age.

As much as the burns can be painful, please do not let the fear of the stinging pain put you off of finding your Flame, or from being reunited, if you already know them. Burns do heal, and the faint scars left behind are just reminders that you were brave enough to allow yourself to be vulnerable, and to love wholly and absolutely. I know that no matter how many scars I may have, I will always be thankful for every moment spent in the arms of my Flame.

Twin Flame Oracle Readings

Since putting out the call for questions for Aria, Amethyst or Velvet, I have noticed that the majority of the questions are related to Twin Flames. In fact, both of this week’s readings are for two Earth Angels who asked the same question – Will I be with my Twin Flame in this lifetime?

It seems to be a question on the minds of many Earth Angels, and I hope that these two readings not only answer the question for the two who asked, but also for anyone else watching and wondering if they too, will be with their Flame. To know who your Flame is, and not be with them, is a difficult place to be in, I know. Especially if your Flame has not Awakened and does not understand the depth and meaning of your connection.

I write about the reunion of the Flames in my novels – The Earth Angel Training Academy, The Earth Angel Awakening and The Other Side. Though the relationship can be the most harmonious you have ever experienced, the path to being together can be anything but smooth, and it’s important to remember to enjoy the journey, and remember that all is working out exactly as it should.

The Reunion of the Flames

There has been a lot of interest on my blog lately about Twin Flames. It is a subject very close to my own heart, and it is a theme that runs through my Earth Angel book series. Last year, I wrote a post about Twin Flames, and included a video about the stages of such relationships. The video was in fact sent to me by my own Flame, during a period of separation, after we had got to the fourth stage and gone our separate ways. While watching the video, he had seen the parallels with our relationship, and though he said he sent it to me merely because I write about Flames, I know that the video brought about an awareness within him. It was that awareness that caused us to meet up, just 4 days after I posted the video. Within a week of meeting up we were back together, and less than two weeks later, I had moved in with him. (I wrote a little more about it here)

Things have shifted and changed so much in the last seven months, and through it all, we have become stronger and even more deeply connected. The first thing we did was to be completely and utterly honest with each other. About everything. It was painful at times. There were fears that had been hidden for years, and bringing them into the light was not a joyful experience. But having that level of truth and honesty between us, has meant that we are now so in tune with each other, that we can tell immediately when there is something wrong. I can’t even explain how, but as soon as his energy shifts, and becomes a little negative or dark, I can tell. Now, nothing is kept hidden, or a secret, which means that emotions and fears are not trapped in our bodies and energy, which could cause problems later on.

I had a question from a lady about her Twin Flame, about whether they were indeed Flames and whether they would be together. She wanted to ask Amethyst or Velvet, so I did the reading for her, you can see it below:

In my experience, being with a Twin Flame is intense. But it’s also calming and comforting. To be in the arms of your Flame is to feel completely at home. There is nowhere else you would rather be than in his/her embrace, because that is exactly where you belong. There may be a fair amount of history between you that needs to be worked on and released, after all, you may have had several lifetimes together over the ages. But the effort is worth it, because you know that when you are with them – anything is possible. Just the fact that you have met your Twin Flame is a miracle in itself.

To celebrate, here is a book trailer for the series, which features the amazing song – ‘Ready When You Get Here’ by Bobby Andonov. I found the song by chance and realised that it described the idea of Twin Flames perfectly, and really fit the stories of the characters in the Earth Angel series. The Speed of Change

I know that I am not the only one who has noticed just how quickly life seems to be changing at the moment. To me it feels as though my life has been a constant series of changes since around 2006. More has happened in my life in the last 7 years than happened in the previous 22 years. Why is this? Is it simply the idea that time speeds up as we age, or is it more than that? Because it is not just that things are changing quickly, but that things and situations are being rapidly manifested.

Just four days after writing about Twin Flame Relationships, everything changed for me.

I met up with my own Twin Flame, for dinner and to chat. Despite not having been together in a relationship for more than 6 months, we still missed each other’s company. He was the one who had sent me the video on Youtube of the stages of a Twin Flame relationship. He had recognised our relationship in the patterns described, and thought I would find it interesting. We talked all evening, and met up a couple more times over the course of the following week, and by the end of the next weekend, (14th July) we were back together. He asked me to move in with him and so here I am, just 20 days after writing about getting a second chance to be with a Twin Flame, with my Flame, living the life that I had always wanted to live.

Did I manifest it? Or were we fated to get back together? I was only in the area because my dear Faerie friend from Peace of Stone had invited me to stay with her for the week. What if I had refused the invitation? Would my reunion with my Flame not have happened? Or was it because I chose a parallel universe where we were together? Have I skipped to another dimension, another reality?

I suppose the real question is, does any of that matter? I had hoped that perhaps I would be able to offer some guidance and wisdom to other souls out there who know their Flames but are not with them. I guess all I can say is – if it is meant to be, then it will be. And don’t hold on to the past. It was only when I truly and completely let go of the idea of being with my Twin, only when I accepted that it may well never happen, cut all energetic cords and ties to him, that it finally did happen. I was willing to move on, to live my life without him, and to make the best I possibly could with what I had.

So perhaps gratitude for whatever we have in our lives, even if it’s not what we really want, is the key to manifesting what we do really want.

Twin Flame Relationships

In my Earth Angel books, I talk about the reunion of the Twin Flames. When I first came across the idea of Twin Flames, it resonated deeply within me. The idea that despite there being several possible soulmates for us, there is one person, one soul, who is our perfect match, they are ‘the one’.

In my books I say that the Flames are usually only reunited at the end of an age on Earth, and in Doreen Virtue‘s Angel Therapy cards, it is said that the Flames only come together during their last lifetimes together, when their reincarnation cycle is complete. In my mind, these two things go hand in hand, though some may disagree.

I have witnessed the reunion of Flames, heard stories, and even experienced being with my own Flame, but there seems to be a recurring problem with these reunions. I couldn’t consciously figure it out, until I was sent this video on youtube, which describes the seven stages of a Twin Flame relationship. Please hit play below and watch it:

So it seems that although the Flames are finding one another, they are getting to the fourth stage and then things fall apart. I have known of a few Twin Flame relationships that have not reached the last three stages, because of the ego. Because of fear, conditioning and holding onto the past. How can we help the Flames who are stuck to release these things and move forwards? Because for the Twin who has Awakened, who knows clearly that they should be together, it is very difficult to be apart from their Flame, because they know how it feels to be in their arms, to be with the one they love truly and unconditionally.

Why are souls so afraid to let down their walls, embrace their Twin fully and experience the bliss that is available to them?

I wish I had an answer, but I feel that by being aware of this and by understanding that it is a common occurrence between Flames, helps me to believe that there is an answer, a solution, to this. And that not only will Flames continue to reunite, but those who have met and parted from their Flames will get the second chance that they are wishing for.
